Golliher Farms Food Club
Our Food Club is a form of Community Supported Agriculture, or CSA. CSAs help to connect consumers with the farmers that grow their food. Members of our Food Club pay before the season begins, and receive weekly shares of meat and produce from our farm!
Our Food club runs for 10 weeks from July – September. This is when all of the good stuff is in season!

What Members Are Saying
“I was so excited to find out there was a local farm selling food products. I joined the Food Club for 2014 and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the produce and meat. I will be on the list for next year! Fresh is always better and when I can support local growers/farmers, I am thrilled.”
– Ann Wolski, 2014 Food Club Member
First year in the club and we love it! Just cooked our roast and it’s was absolutely delicious! Best investment yet!
– Kallie Rose, 2016 Food Club Member
This is my first year in the club and I’m glad I joined. It’s like Christmas every Saturday when I head down to Farmer’s Market. Well worth the money.

What Will Be Included Each Week?
Naturally Raised, Pastured Meats from the Farm:
You can expect either beef, pork, or chicken each week. The beef will typically be hamburger (3 pounds), but other cuts may be added in occasionally. The pork will usually be sausage, brats, or ground pork (3 pounds), but other cuts may be added in occasionally as well. The chicken will usually be a whole bird (4-6 pounds).
Eggs are Back!
1 Dozen Free Range Brown Eggs
Fresh Produce from the Farm:
A variety of produce as it comes in to season here at the farm. As the season goes on, expect a larger variety. We will try to include as many different vegetables each week as we can. You can expect to see the following vegetables throughout the season:
Sweet corn, green beans, broccoli, cabbage, green onions, potatoes, radishes, carrots, summer squash, zucchini, cucumbers, bell peppers, jalapeno peppers, okra, eggplant, roma tomatoes, pie pumpkins, spaghetti squash, and several varieties of slicing tomatoes. For 2017 we are adding garlic, leeks, melons, and fruit trees (will take several years to bear fruit). Plan on an average of 10 pounds of produce per week.
Produce is a perishable item, and we don’t want any to go to waste. Food club members have first dibs on extra produce at no charge! We will let you know when we have extra. Watch our Facebook page during the season for updates!
