2023 Summer Food Club Postponed until the 3rd weekend in July! Members - check your email! 

Imagine this: It's a warm August evening, burgers are hot off the grill topped with slices of vine-ripened tomatoes straight from the garden, and a dozen ears of extra-sweet corn sit steaming on a plate nearby. Smoked bacon and fresh brown eggs are in the fridge for breakfast. All from your weekly bundle of food from the farm down the road. What will you get next week? It's always a surprise.

Our Food Club is a unique partnership between our farm and members of the community. Membership fees are used directly to grow wholesome, farm fresh foods for our members. Club members receive 10 weekly bundles of meats, eggs and vegetables from our farm each summer. In the case of bumper crops, we offer extra bulk vegetables to members who wish to freeze/can at no additional cost!

This is a 10-week commitment to eating healthier for many. We provide recipe suggestions each week to help you make the best use of your food. Many members report the membership fee as not really being an added cost to their budget since they would spend this money at the grocery store anyway. The only difference is healthier food and keeping your food dollars in our local communities!  

Weekly Bundle - What to Expect

Full share members can expect 4-5 pounds of meat, a dozen brown eggs, and 5-10 pounds of vegetables each week. Half share members receive the same items, just half the quantity. (Full share examples pictured below)

Meat: In the past we’ve included a variety of pork sausages, bacon, smoked and fresh pork chops, ground pork and bacon burgers, a variety of brats, ground beef and ground beef patties, whole chickens, boneless skinless breasts, drums and thighs.

Vegetables: The veggies largely depend on what is ready to harvest that week. Our 2023 gardens will have sweet corn, lettuce, swiss chard, pak choi, green beans, kale, sugar snap peas, broccoli, cabbage, onions, basil, potatoes, carrots, summer squash, zucchini, cucumbers, bell peppers, hot peppers, eggplant, tomatoes, butternut squash, spaghetti squash, okra and watermelon. (Plus a few more veggies we'll be trialing!)

Pick-Up Locations & Times

The Farm - 17474 W. Hunnicut Road, Cambridge City, IN 47327
Saturdays 5pm – 7pm OR Sundays 5pm – 7pm. We will have your share ready either day for you!

Richmond Farmers Market - Jack Elstro Plaza, 47 N. 6th Street, Richmond, IN
Saturdays 9am – 12pm

We are no longer doing the Castleton and Westfield locations due to availability of help. If this changes we will update the website to include these locations! 

The pick-up location you select will be your designated pick-up spot for the year. Let us know a few days in advance if you need to switch locations for a week or the rest of the season. If you are unable to pick up your food you can have someone else pick it up for you.

Shares not picked up at the designated location and time will be forfeited back to Golliher Farms. The 2023 pick up dates are listed below, please mark them on your calendars! 

2023 Saturday Pick-Up Dates

The Food Club runs for 10 weeks every summer from July – September. The pick-up dates for 2023 are as follows: July 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, August 5, 12, 19, 26, and September 2.

Payment and Billing

Option 1: A $50 deposit is placed when you sign up, with the remaining cost of membership due later. We will send out invoices for the remaining balance by email on March 1^st, due April 1^st. (This option is available until March 1^st) 

Option 2: Pay the full amount up front when you sign up. Half shares are $299 and full shares are $549. Sign ups will close on April 1^st 2023.
